watch this documentary

after learning about, reading about and watching this documentary on krokodil, i’m so deeply disturbed. in a way where i wish i could travel to russia and help people. which is unrealistic and impossible but this shit is so fucked up and why isn’t the government doing anything about this?? not that this addiction is significantly different than sex trafficking or any of the other atrocities taking place around the world. but this needs to be spoken about. and rehabilitation facilities need to be opened, and not by religious cults.  http://www.vice.com/read/krokodil-tears-v18n9

but to put this in context, he is also married to/lives with a passive-agressive blind woman who fell down a flight of stairs. not sure he’s exposed to much intelligence on a daily basis…
